At Primetime Golf, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to ensure availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
